Intro.
NPTEL (National Programme on Technology Enhanced Learning) is a joint initiative of the Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs) and the Indian Institute of Science (IISc), funded by the Ministry of Education, Government of India. It aims to provide high-quality educational resources to students, teachers, and professionals across India.

NPTEL Offers:
01. Video lectures: Over 1,000 courses with more than 18,000 video lectures, covering various subjects like engineering, humanities, and management.
02. Online certification courses: Courses with assignments, quizzes, and exams, leading to certificates upon completion.
03. E-books and course materials: Free downloadable resources for students and teachers.
04. Research and development: Collaborative projects and workshops for faculty members.
